2019 Albarossa Piemonte DOCG

Grapes: 100% Albarossa

Origin: Marenco vineyards, Strevi and Cassine

Production: Hand-harvested. Destemmed. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months.

Tasting Notes: Dry red wine with purple reflections. Intense, complex bouquet with fruity, floral, and spicy notes. Full-bodied, well-structured, and harmonious.

Pairings: Pairs well with charcuterie, boiled meat, stews, roasts, ripe cheeses, and red meat dishes. Also pairs well with fish cooked with tomatoes or fried in butter.

Serving Suggestions: Open 1 hour before service. Serve at 18°C in large bowl wine glasses.
