Origin: Grapes from a "mountain vineyard."

Production: Harvested late September. Hand-picked. Soft pressing. Fermented at very low temperatures. Bottled in March following the harvest. Matures on lees for 24 months.

Tasting Notes: Fine, intense perlage and persistent foam create an elegant, creamy wine with greenish highlights that tend towards dull pale straw yellow. Citrus and floral scents with carbide mineral notes, joined by acacia blossom and honey as it evolves. Full, dry flavour with hints of wheat, alfalfa, ripe berry fruits, Amalfi lemon, and Savona chinotto orange. Dry and persistent finish.
