The wine: 
The Trebbiano grapes are harvested in advance, around the end of August , to maintain the freshness. Fermentation on skins for 2-3 days. More than 30 months sur lies.

Tasting Notes:
Fine, continuous and persistent perlage. Bright straw yellow colour. Fragrant and toasty notes, then lime, almond and bergamot. Fresh on the palate, with echoes of citrus fruit, enriched by a supple and mineral finish. Light almond aftertaste.
