Production: Green harvest in summer. Meticulous selection during harvest. Soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (12-13°C). Matured in steel tanks. Bottled in February.
Tasting Notes: Full straw colour with greenish highlights. Crisp nose with hints of linden, hazelnut, and ripe banana. Structured and well-balanced palate.
Pairings: Ideal with fish starters, molluscs, white meats, delicate rice and pasta dishes, and cheeses.
