Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour. Fresh aromas of red and black fruit (cherry, blackberry, red currant), cinnamon, and violet. Agile, silky, and elegant.

Pairings: Red and white meats, and elaborate first courses. Rack of lamb with potatoes, hare or rabbit with mushrooms.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 16-18°C.
